'OutDaughtered': Hazel advised to undergo another surgery as Adam and Danielle worry about Covid-19's impact
Adam and Danielle Busby knew that Hazel Busby might have to undergo another surgery but the pair did not expect things to be taking place so soon. In the previous episode, Adam was worried about Hazel when she stated that she was seeing things in two when she removed her glasses. To make things worse, she had been tilting her head to the left which showed how her eye problems had been coming back.
Looking at how Hazel was behaving, Adam and Danielle knew it was important for them to consult a doctor to make sure they had everything in control before things became worse. While they hoped Hazel would open up about her problems in front of the doctor, Hazel seemed hesitant to talk. Despite this, the pair booked an appointment with the doctor. As they waited for the day of the consultation to come, Adam and Danielle were faced with the bad news of how her appointment was canceled due to the pandemic. Adam and Danielle then decided to book an online appointment with the doctor to make sure they could understand what is going on with Hazel.
Dr Megan paid attention to how Hazel was tilting her head to one side while hearing what Adam and Danielle had to say. She realized that Hazel had been struggling a lot and hinted she might need surgery soon. One of the factors that led to this decision was Hazel's inability to walk straight. During the consultation, Adam revealed that Hazel had revealed that she was walking diagonally after coming back because of her eyes and it made Dr Megan realize how things were getting. With her hinting that Hazel might need surgery before kindergarten starts had Adam and Danielle worried.
Danielle admitted that she was aware there would be another surgery but felt it was too soon. At the same time, with coronavirus being declared as a pandemic, the pair struggled to understand how things would work out for them.
They knew it was an important decision to make but they had to make sure that the situation was closely analyzed before they concluded.
