HENRYETTA, OKLAHOMA: The grief-stricken father of a 16-year-old Oklahoma girl, who was among seven people found dead, revealed he was unaware of the criminal record of the perpetrator. Nathan Brewer, who referred to his daughter, Brittany, as his "right hand," was shattered upon learning that his beloved child and her 14-year-old friend, Ivy Webster, had been murdered on Monday, May 1.

Officials had earlier issued an endangered missing advisory for both girls, with authorities suspecting they were in the company of child sex offender, Jesse McFadden. It was only hours later that officials from the Okmulgee County Sheriff's office made the tragic discovery. McFadden's wife, Holly Guess, 35, her three teenage children, Rylee Elizabeth Allen, 17, Michael James Mayo, 15, and Tiffany Dore Guess, 13, Webster and Brewer along with convicted rapist McFadden were all found dead in a rural Oklahoma property Monday morning.

'He kept them under lock and key': Holly Guess' mom claims daughter was 'fooled' by Jesse McFadden's charms

'It's just a parent's worse nightmare'

"She was my right hand person and now she is gone," Brittany's heartbroken father told The Oklahoman, adding, "It's just a parent's worse nightmare and I'm living it. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I'd be burying my own daughter." He said that his daughter had dreams of becoming a veterinarian or a teacher. He added, "I am just lost."

Brewer revealed that Brittany had previously spent a night at the McFadden residence for a sleepover, with no issues reported, adding that his daughter was scheduled to participate in a beauty pageant, representing the town of Henryetta. "And now she ain't gonna make it because she's dead. She's gone," he said, adding, "At this point, all I can say is for me and the Webster family, I know I don't have the money to bury my daughter, and I know the Webster family doesn't have the money to bury their daughter either."

'Truly tragic'

Webster's brother reportedly said, "Horrible. Truly tragic, especially because we’ve known this family for like two years now and just unfortunate to know that Jesse was not a good man this whole time."

Guess' mother, Janette Mayo, said that the family was kept "under lock and key" by McFadden, and they always had to keep him informed about their whereabouts. "He lied to my daughter, and he convinced her it was all just a huge mistake," Mayo, 59, said in a telephone interview on Tuesday, May 2, per Huffpost. "He was very demure. He was very standoffish, generally very quiet, but he kept my daughter and the kids basically under lock and key. He had to know where they were at all times, which sent red flags up," she added.

A GoFundMe has been set up for Brittany. "Please assist the Brewer family with the funeral expenses. This is undoubtedly one of the most difficult times they will ever experience and they need to be focused on their healing instead of worrying about how they are going to pay for Brittany’s funeral," the page reads. As of now, $1,720 has been raised of the $10,000 goal.
