Oaklee Snow: Missing Oklahoma girl, 2, presumed dead months after mom kidnapped her from father's house
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA: The desperate search for a toddler seems to have ended on a tragic note. Oaklee Snow from Oklahoma had been missing for months after she was last seen with her mother, Madison Marshall, on February 9. But now police have reportedly shared that they think that the two-year-old is not alive anymore and her remains might have been dumped in Indiana.
FOX59 citing court documents said that the police department has a basis to say that because Oaklee’s 22-year-old mother was spotted last with her boyfriend, Roan Waters, in Indianapolis after they allegedly kidnapped her and her 7-month-old brother, Coleton, from their father’s home in Oklahoma in January.
As per Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Detective Nicholas Hubbs, “It is believed that she is deceased and disposed of.”

‘Oaklee did not make it to the hospital’
At the time, the baby girl was taken out of a drug house as she was “either asleep or unconscious. She wasn't moving. She was wrapped in a blanket and the mother made the comment, 'I got to get her to the hospital. She's been hurt.’” But JT Palmer of the Seminole County Sheriff's Office in Oklahoma claimed that “[Oaklee] did not make it to the hospital that night,” as per PEOPLE.
Currently, Marshall is reportedly facing two counts of neglect of a dependent. Besides, her boyfriend was arrested on charges not related to Oaklee's vanishment. The man is said to be facing charges that include child abuse and domestic assault, and battery in the presence of a minor.

The latest update on Oaklee’s disappearance came as Indianapolis investigators discovered the body of a child in Morgan County, approximately 27 miles south of Indianapolis. The officials have not identified the body yet. But Lt Shane Foley with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department reportedly said, “We can confirm IMPD detectives located the remains of a child in Morgan County, Indiana.”
Earlier in March, a Facebook statement by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said, “Oaklee is described as 2', 35 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen on Thursday, January 19, 2023, in Cromwell, Oklahoma (Seminole County). It is believed she made her way to Indianapolis with her mother, Madison Marshall.”
