Eric Holder, suspect in Nipsey Hussle's murder, pistol-whipped a man an hour before shooting the rapper
Eric Holder, the man suspected of murdering rapper Hipsey Hussle in March has been indicted by a Grand Jury on May 9 for the fatal shooting and wounding two others.
On Tuesday the Los Angeles Country District Attorney's Office announced that Holder is facing one count of murder, two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.
According to TMZ, Holder's two new charges for assault with a firearm in the unsealed indictment was a result of the injuries that were sustained by the other victims on March 31 on the scene. Just hours prior to allegedly gunning Hussle down outside his Marathon Clothing store in Los Angeles, Holder was involved in another physical altercation with a neighbor. This resulted in him pistol-whipping a man violently just an hour before Hussle's murder.
TMZ reports that two women have submitted their statements to the D.A.'s Office, claiming Holder had attacked their male friend. The two women said that Holder had accused their friend of selling him "laced marijuana."
KABC reports, Eric "Shitty" Holder had already entered a not guilty plea in April. He currently remains in jail with a bail set at $6.53 million. The 29-year-old will be returning to court on June 18 for his next pre-trial hearing and if he is convicted, Holder will face life in prison.
Prior to the news of Holder's two new charges, it was recently revealed that Hussle's daughter will remain in his sister Samantha's custody. Tanisha Foster the biological mother of Hussle's daughter appeared in court on Monday to regain the custody of her daughter, 10-year-old Emani. But the results of the hearing were sealed. However, Foster was seen walking out of court in tears and told TMZ that she was "pissed off" with the outcome.
