Nurse botches delivery horribly after he decapitates baby by pulling its head too hard during its birth
A nurse from a government hospital in India is reported to have "decapitated a baby while pulling too hard during a difficult birth". The mother, who has since been named by the local media as Dikhsha Kanwar, is currently fighting for her life in a hospital after the incident. It was reported that during the delivery of the child, a male nurse is said to have pulled at the fetus so hard that its body broke into two parts.
After the incident, which is reported to have taken place on January 6, the nurse and one of his colleague's took the torso of the child to the mortuary of the hospital in Ramgarh in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan, reported Hindustan Times. The mother was taken to the Jawahar Hospital to be treated further after the staff said that there had been a "complication" with the birth.
