Easy recipe for zucchini bread that you can try at home

Ingredients

1. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2. 1 teaspoon baking powder

3. 1 teaspoon baking soda

4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

5. 1/2 teaspoon salt

6. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

7. 1/2 cup white sugar

8. 1/2 cup brown sugar

9. 2 eggs

10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups grated zucchini



 

Instructions:

1. Grease a loaf pan that measures 9x5 inches and preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium basin.

3. Beat the vegetable oil, white sugar, and brown sugar together until they are smooth in a different big basin.

4. Beat after adding the eggs and vanilla essence until thoroughly mixed.

5. Stirring until just incorporated, gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.

6. The grated zucchini should be well mixed into the batter.

7. A toothpick put into the center of the bread should come out clean after 50 to 60 minutes of baking after the batter has been poured into the prepared loaf pan.

8. After taking it out of the oven, let it cool in the pan for ten minutes before moving it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
