All eyes are on Apple TV + as it's all set to release its next show, 'Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet', that revolves around a team's efforts behind one of the most popular video games in the world. The show has been created by Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, David Hornsby and Megan Ganz, the team behind 'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia'.

MEA WorldWide (MEAWW) caught up with executive producer Megan Ganz at the premiere of her new show, where she spoke about reuniting with McElhenney and Day.

"What drew me was working with Rob and Charlie and David again. They walked into the office and told me that they're developing another show and I was like sign me up. I love working with them. I've been with them since 'Sunny' season 12 ....I hope they never stop making that show. I find them delightful to work with. The opportunity to do workplace comedy... I've always loved them, growing up I've watched tons of workplace comedies, I just thought that it's such a fun new world. Something I didn't know a lot about, the more I dig into the video game industry, it just keeps providing such great content for humor. So, it seems like a well we can endlessly explore."

On whether she likes gaming now, she answered, "My husband's a big gamer. He's also a writer on the show, so he's been welcoming me into it. Now I have an excuse because I can call it research. When I was younger, I played a lot of N64 games, I love Zelda, it was my favorite. We played LA Noir which I really loved, it gets into my crime-detective thing. There's a game out there for everyone. If you really look for it, there are ingenious games being created that are story-based, that have character and heart. Some of the best things on TV shows are what they're doing on video games. I'm excited to keep digging in."

She had worked with Danny Pudi on 'Community' and she brought him to 'Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet' as well. Talking about why she prefers to work with her tribe, she said, "When you find someone you click with, you can write well for them and they respond well to your writing, you just want to keep being together all the time. I mean, Community was one of those shows we had so much fun on the set, I just loved those people so much that when had a role on the show that Danny would be perfect for, I was like please please this has to work out, it has been such a delight to have him here in a totally different context and different character, knocking it out of the park."

'Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet' will air on February 7, on Apple TV +.
