Joelle Uzyel and Mikel Welch managed to change the look and feel of the house where serial killer Dorothea Puente committed her crimes and now, the duo is all set to transform another house. In the latest episode of the show, the duo took the task of renovating the house where William Terry Bradford murdered his wife.

The house is currently occupied by husband and wife John and Karina and their two beautiful daughters. John recalled that when they first saw the house, they were surprised to find that it was on sale. The four-bedroom, four-bath house is situated in a locality that everyone would want to be a part of. When he inquired why the house was on sale, the realtor failed to inform him that a murder had taken place in the house.

The realtor instead told him that an old woman had died in the house due to natural causes. While the law in the US asks the realtors to inform potential buyers about all the incidents that take place in a house,  it also mentions that after three years they have the right to withhold this information.

Unfortunately, John and Karina became a victim of this as they did not find out about the murder until they started experiencing paranormal activities in their house. The pair revealed they saw lights flickering in the house, their security alarm going off and they also heard the constant noise of the garage door opening and shutting.

Seeing these events led them to dive into the history of the house and they found out that Bradford had murdered his wife in this very house. Karina said that his wife had divorced him and he was asked to pay $40,000 in the settlement. This did not go well with him and he decided to shoot her.

Bradford shot his wife five times and left her to die on the living room floor. Her body was found the next day by her children. Bradford was arrested by the police 12-13 years after the incident took place but the murder weapon has still not been found. It is believed that the murder weapon might be in the fireplace, which is in the living room.

John revealed that the fireplace has a storage area and people believe that the murder weapon might still be there. While John and Karina are aware their house is known as the 'haunted house in the block', the pair wanted to get rid of the bad energy. They believe the fireplace could be the root cause of bad energy and the renovation of the living room can help change the feel of the house.

They also hoped their friends would be willing to come and visit them once the renovation is over. But can Welch and Uzyel fix the house? Only the next episode can tell.

'Murder House Flip' can be streamed on the Quibi app.
