So, what was the Moselle property used for? Well, let’s take a look.
Moselle's property was used for drugs and hiding weapons
In the three-part documentary, we get to hear about everything from the people that were present on that fateful night when Mallory. Anthony, Miley, Morgan, and Connor were present in the boat when the crash took place. Anthony was Paul’s best friend and knew him since they were small kids. Meanwhile, Morgan was Paul’s girlfriend. While talking about the Moselle property, Morgan showed the driveway that led to the house and it was so deep into the woods that people were unable to see the property from the starting point of the driveway. Morgan also revealed that the property is spread over a thousand acres and is situated on the outskirts of Hampton.
On the other hand, Anthony noted that he made some great memories with Paul at the Moselle property as he and Paul would go on fishing and hunting. According to Anthony, people never got bored there. The Murdaugh family also had a lot of dogs present at the property because Paul used to go hog hunting. The property had skinning sheds and multiple ponds.
The property also had a landing strip where the Murdaughs used to land their private plane. When asked what the strip was used for, Anthony revealed that, according to Paul, it was used for “everything that you can imagine, including drugs and strippers.”
So, it seems the Moselle property was a playground for Paul and he was using it for doing anything he wanted to.
As the documentary progressed, we got to know that the property was also used to hide a lot of weapons like shotguns and more.
