Morning Joe's Mika Brzezinski addresses Donald Trump's Iowa mix-up, Internet shifts focus on Joe Biden's gaffes
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Sunday, October 29, former President Donald Trump spoke to an audience in the ornate Orpheum Theater in Sioux City, Iowa, where he greeted them by naming a city in a neighboring state, reported CBS.
‘Morning Joe’ host Mika Brzezinski talked about the same incident on Monday, and Brzezinski claimed that Trump has problems with “US geography.”
In this segment, Brzezinski also drew parallels between President Joe Biden and Trump, and what would have happened if Biden made the same error as Trump did, however, the internet wasn’t impressed.

‘Morning Joe’ discussed Donald Trump’s recent appearance in Iowa when Mika Brzezinski moved on to the former President’s mishap.
Brzezinski said, “Trump also had some problems with US geography. During that same speech, he appeared to forget which state he was in, saying he is in Sioux Falls, which is located in South Dakota, while he was actually speaking from Sioux City, Iowa.”
‘Morning Joe’ then played a clip from Trump and his mix-up between Sioux Falls and Sioux City.
Brzezinski rolled her eyes after the clip played, as Katty Kay chuckled off screen and Brzezinski said, “I mean, Katty Kay, we've come to accept this from Donald Trump. He has a really flip relationship with the truth and facts. I'm just speaking a fact. I'm not trying to be - I'll be accused of being nasty, but this is just the truth.”
She then spoke about the “truth” as she mentioned Joe Biden, “If this was Joe Biden, what networks would be on a loop right now playing it and then talking about perhaps having a doctor on about his mental acuity? There is such a disconnect in reality here in terms of the two frontrunners for president.”

As ‘Morning Joe’ host Mika Brzezinski spoke about Donald Trump’s mix-up between Sioux Falls and Sioux City, the internet was quick to respond.
One wrote, “After Biden screwing up every single sentence he utters you're going to do this,” and another said, “I'm surprised you guys don’t report on all of Biden’s speech impediments.”
“Biden does this all the time,” commented one user, and another said, “Wow. Get him! Maybe we can forget the million blunders made by Biden?”
‘Morning Joe’ continued to face backlash for talking about Trump’s mishap, but not Biden’s, as one user wrote, “It’s so crazy what these people will pick and choose depending on what you believe. Do the same with Biden please, you don’t have to stop with Trump, but do the same with Biden."
They added, "Just be fair for god sake’s I know at this point it’s way too much to ask, but I’m saying just to say it because nobody else really does anymore.”
