NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Morning Joe’ hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough welcomed former New Jersey Governor and GOP candidate Chris Christie to the morning show as they discussed former President Donald Trump.

During this segment, ‘Morning Joe’ played a montage of clips where Donald Trump faced a few mishaps and mispronunciations along the way, but Scarborough quickly also clarified that “Biden does it too.”

Christie also weighed in on Trump’s “criminal problems,” after which, Scarborough addressed his “Republican friends.”

To begin with, ‘Morning Joe’ played a series of clips from Donald Trump’s most recent appearances around the country, including the one where he labeled Hezbollah “smart.” In addition, his mispronunciation of “Hamas” was also highlighted.

As soon as the 50-second clip of Trump stopped playing, Mika Brzezinski said, “Some of Donald Trump's…”

Before she could continue, her husband and co-host interrupted her, “I mean, it's out of an Ali G. skit. He says, 'I like Hamas.' You put the dip in it, carrots with it, and hummus.”

Brzezinski, who sat next to him, said, “Stop…it’s just horrible”

Scarborough continued, "He's lost, he’s lost. Some of Donald Trump's greatest hits on foreign policy, domestic policy. We didn't even show you who he thinks he is running against, or where he thinks he is.”

As the ‘Morning Joe’ panel continued to mock Trump and his mishaps over a period of time, Scarborough welcomed Chris Christie, and asked, “What do you think? You've known Donald a long time like us. Do you think when he gets up there and freaks out, can't remember Joe Biden's name, because you see him struggling.”

Scarborough also added that “Biden does it too” and continued, “By the way, Biden does it, too. When you say this, people go, Biden does, too. They're both old men and both doing it, but he keeps saying he's running against Barack Obama.”

“You see him struggling up there, trying to remember what decade he is in. Do you think it's the pressure of 91 counts? What do you think?” Scarborough asked, facing Christie in the studio.

Christie responded, “I think it's the stress of what he knows is coming in his criminal problems, and I think this week because a lot of that was from the last week.”

“That's all post-Mark Meadows. Everyone watching needs to understand, from somebody who did this work for seven years, you don't give Mark Meadows immunity unless the evidence he has is unimpeachable,” added Chris Christie on Donald Trump’s “criminal problems.”

Christie continued, “I want Republican voters to understand this. What's going to be happening in March, he'll be sitting in a courtroom in Washington, DC, with Mark Meadows 20 feet away from him, saying he committed crimes in front of me, on my watch. Not some rogue prosecutor, Joe.”

It was at this point, that Joe Scarborough interrupted Christie and said, “We have a lot of Democrats watching this show, we have a lot of Republicans that are watching this show. And I just want to say to my Republican friends that watching.”

Scarborough said, “Everybody that is testifying against Donald Trump, they’re not editorial writers for the New York Times or Primetime hosts at MSNBC, they are all Trumpers who stayed with Trump to the very end.”

In this segment, Christie also added, "This is deadly, it's done, he's going to be convicted. It's over."
