Man sexually assaults 13-year-old with sex toys multiple times, texts an apology to her mom before he was caught
STAFFORD, VIRGINIA: On Friday, May 22, 56-year-old Elio Francisco Quiles pleaded guilty to using sex toys on his minor victim before he left a text message to the child's mother and apologized for his crime. The pervert admitted to aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration. Locals believe that the pedophile and child molester who confessed to sexually abusing the 13-year-old child several times over should be given the death sentence.
Court documents revealed that the sexual abuse had taken place in 2017 for which Quiles was arrested two years later. The court was made aware that Quiles had a relationship with the victim's family, The Sun reports. The accused had groomed the child and had sexually abused her during her preteen years. He would touch the child improperly and use sex toys on her. The child later reported the attacks and abuse to her mother. According to prosecutor Ryan Frank, Quiles texted the girl's mother when he discovered that the victim had reported the assault.
As part of the evidence presented by Frank, the mentioned text message showed that Quiles said that he was sorry and that "I wasn’t always the monster I am now." The mother of the child then reported the incident to the authorities. Frank also shared that when Quiles learned he was going to be taken into custody, he overdosed on a large amount of insulin. He was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was revived. Since he pleaded guilty, prosecutor Frank dropped eight other charges, Fredericksburg.com reveals. Quiles is due to be sentenced on September 11 later this year.
People who read of his crime were left outraged at the monstrosity committed by Quiles and called for the death penalty for him. One such user simple clear words wrote, "Death penalty."
A second commented saying, "Should be hung, or shot dead" while a third wrote, "Hang him high noon at the courthouse lawn." Another outraged social media user echoed the sentiments and said, "Don’t refer to him as a man. Just say 'the male'." Another reader wishing that he died a painful scary death chose to invoke the current pandemic as he suggested the Quiles be used as a test subject: "Give him COVID, use him for testing. Win-Win."
In another similar case of child sexual abuse, a 43-year-old mother has been sentenced to prison for 155 years until 2175 for the sick sexual assault on a young girl in a bathtub. Elizabeth Haway who hails from West Virginia was sentenced on Wednesday, May 20. Back in December 2019, Haway had pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual assault, first-degree sexual abuse, and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person of trust, and incest. Haway was sentenced to 25 to 100 years after detectives searched her house and found the bathroom matching the one in the abuse videos. The victim is estimated to be between five and six years of age. She was caught after detectives found that her bathtub had the distinct cracking of the molding at the wall and matched those in the video distributed on Facebook's messenger app.
