'Wasn’t a customer'
The Scratch Kitchen’s owner Brittany Alexander told the Sun Herald that the restaurant had around 200 people at the time of the attack. The perpetrator managed to run through security checks at the entrance to the patio and started firing.
“The person who did the shooting wasn’t a customer. He didn’t get an arm band or anything to be out here," she claimed. The location of the restaurant is about 4 miles east of Biloxi, Mississippi.
