As General Park aka Jang Hee-joo (Jeon Hye-jin) is about to launder three trillion won of defense funds to off-shore accounts, Park Kang-moo and Kang Mi-seon infiltrate the building. They shoot down her security staff, get into the control room, and cut off the power supply.

As the transaction comes to an abrupt halt, the couple confronts her, leading to a gun battle. Some of the security men escort Hee-joo to her car. To her shock, the car is driven by Kang-moo with his wife by his side.

When one of Park's aides tries to stop them, Hee-joo gets another chance to escape. Mi-seon uses her shooting skills and causes her car to crash.
