Some of us resolve our problems with friends over text messages and phone calls, but some others sort out their issues on a multi-billion dollar yacht. The second category of people belongs to the real-estate squad from 'Million Dollar Beach House'. After the raging fights between Noel and Peggy, Michael Fulfree decides to play advocate and gets them to sort out their issues on a yacht. However, it doesn't go quite as planned. Noel tries to explain his side of the argument again and relives the Marine Boulevard debacle where they had a bad showing. However, when he mentions his suspicions about the buyer, Peggy gets riled up and snaps back again, telling him not to insult her buyer. She says that she is "defending" her buyer, as she should.

Michael tries to interject and says that she "always" believes that everyone talks about her negatively, and that spurs her on further. Michael emphasizes that he doesn't want animosity, and she insists there isn't, but slowly begins to believe that everyone is teaming up against her. She asks Michael why didn't he just take her aside separately and decided to address her issues in front of everyone. Later, Peggy explains to the camera that they were "trying" to make her feel a "certain type of way", and that it was making her shut down. "It's bulls**t," she says, which appears to be her favorite word.

She insists that she will take a step back and "live in her little house" and says that she feels cornered by everyone. Jimmy Giugliano tries to keep the peace and says that anyone who has an issue should air it out. However, Peggy storms off and says that she doesn't like the attention on her and that she doesn't need the drama, contrary to what everyone believes.

"Noel started this drama, and now I'm the crazy one? How is this turning on me?" Peggy says later. Peggy insists that she bites her tongue and she is a team player and she doesn't want to say anything. Well, in the previous episode, Peggy did create quite a scene at the open house of Blue Mar, in front of other buyers. She thought that Noel and Sara were talking about her, behind her back.

Tune into the drama between the real-estate agents on 'Million Dollar Beach House' on Netflix.
