Enter Pastor Richard Hartley, the choirmaster of a church in Long Island, NY. The pastor has spent years traveling with choirs, helping them achieve their musical goals, and more. But now, he's back home, ready to help his local community.

Although he is the 'fall guy' when things don't go the right way, Pastor Hartley has come to depend on Miguel over the years — no matter what goes wrong during rehearsals and concerts, Miguel find's a way to pull it together and make it all work.

They've known each other for over 25 years
