Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband David E Kelley, recently put up their spectacular Spanish-style home in San Francisco for sale for $29.5 million in the hopes of downsizing now that their children have grown up and moved out of the house. The massive house, which is the result of two separate purchases, includes a four-bedroom, five-bathroom main house and a separate collection of three studio apartments, a gym, and a separate guesthouse, and sits on 8.67 acres of land. 

The main house is a spacious 6,379 square feet, with all four bedrooms located on the main floor, including a luxurious master suite that boasts a sitting area, a private rooftop deck, two walk-in closets, and a marble bath with a steam shower for two. The main floor also includes a great room with several seating areas, as well as an elevated media area. It also has a ten-stall octagonal horse barn.

The outdoor facilities are very luxurious. The house has a pool, spa, a tennis court, cedar hot tub and a fireplace on the main terrace. The house has a few historical touches such as the octagonal barn with ten stalls and a fenced paddock which was built in 1925. The house was built in 1940. The house also has an apple orchard, three fenced and covered vegetable beds, and a formal lawn.
