It's an AFC clash as the New England Patriots take on the Miami Dolphins. The latter will be looking to shake off the 43-0 memories of the first regular-season game when they faced the Patriots. They might have bounced back to level the scoreline when they met for the second time, but its 2020 and a new start for both sides. Miami will hope to draw first blood, but can they against a quality defense side like the Patriots? Here's a quick primer ahead of the matchup.

Time

Kickoff is slated for 1:00 pm ET on Sunday, September 13, 2020

Venue

The Patriots will host the Dolphins at the Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA.

Where to watch?

The scrimmage can be watched live on CBS. Fans can listen to the audio commentary on NFL Game Pass, Westwood One, and Sirius XM.

How to live stream?

A quick look at the NFL 2020-schedule says games will air on ESPN, NFL Network, local affiliates of Fox, NBC, and CBS affiliates. This gives fans plenty of streaming platforms to look at. There's fuboTV that comprises all three of the mentioned broadcasters and it includes ESPN and NFL Network. The Fubo TV Standard package is priced at $59.99 per month. The next option is Sling TV that comes at $45 per month. YouTube TV  and CBS All Access are spendworthy choices as well.

Pre-buzz around the game

Quite a few changes on the Dolphins front. Adding Tua Tagovailove as their QB was dubbed a neat move by experts. Ryan Fitzpatrick will still most likely start Week One and had a 20:13 TD to INT ratio in 15 games in 2019. In addition, he also had 409 passing yards and one touchdown against the Patriots the last time they met. Matt Breida and Jordan Howard bolster the squad. It was a decent 2019 for Miami as they ended 3-2 in their last five games and also pipped the Patriots in the final game of the regular season.

It will be different to see Patriots without Tom Brady, but they would be content with Cam Newton, the man who replaces the GOAT. According to Winners and Whiners, Newton had a terrific 2018 where he registered 3395 passing yards with a 24:13 TD to INT ratio. With their defense being their greatest strength, the Patriots along with the Buffalo Bills are touted to be the best teams in the AFC East.

Who will win?

Despite the loss of Brady, the Patriots are still a team to beat. The Dolphins may have got the better of the Patriots in the final regular game last season, but that might change this time around with Newton hopeful of playing more games. We'll be backing the Patriots to take this one.
