Melania Trump's friends are worried that no one has heard from her since her sudden surgery
Melania Trump's friends are very concerned about the First Lady ever since she has gone under the radar after having a sudden kidney surgery. Many of her friends are wondering why she has not contacted anyone and is choosing to remain totally off the grid.
The 48-year-old has caused a lot of speculation and stir after her kidney surgery and has not been seen since. Despite the fact that the First Lady took to Twitter to reveal that she was resting at the White House, many people are concerned that there is more to the story that is being told.
The tweet uploaded read, "I see the media is working overtime speculating where I am & what I’m doing. Rest assured, I’m here at the @WhiteHouse w my family, feeling great, & working hard on behalf of children & the American people!"
As reported by Hollywoodlife, a source shared, "Melania’s friends outside of the White house are genuinely starting to worry about her. Nobody has heard from Melania over these past few weeks, and her cell phone has been switched off. Whenever any friends inquire as to where she is, or how she is, we’re just told that she’s 'fine' and that she’s 'recovering' but that really doesn’t make any sense."
"Nobody believes that Melania wrote that last tweet, everybody thinks that was written by Donald [Trump] because it didn’t read in the way that Melania writes. To have radio silence for this long is just strange, something is going on, but nobody knows what, it’s definitely concerning," the source continued.
Melania's friend's feelings are also shared by her fans and followers. On May 14 it was announced that Melania was due to undergo a kidney surgery and since four days before the surgery till now, she has not made any public appearances either alone or with her husband Donald Trump.
Many people find the story of her absence questionable although there is no indication from anybody that she is truly at the White House as the story suggests. There have been many theories to go along with the situation including one which claims that she may have very well moved out of Washington DC.
The speculation on her absence became more intense after it was announced that Melania would not be attending Camp David in Maryland with President Donald Trump for a presidential treat this past weekend. He seemed to attend the retreat with his children as they were seen heading to a vehicle to join him on the day he left.
Melania's spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, shared in an email, "She will not attend the G7 and there are no plans for her to travel to Singapore at this time." Melania attended the G7 meeting which took place in Italy last year.
