'Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Season 12 has just begun and is already gaining steam. After Josh Altman geeks out over a superhero house, Tracy Tutor shares her interest in selling her own house. Her Brentwood home, featuring seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, has been listed at $24 million. Some of the highlights of her family home are the exquisite wine cellar, vintage light fixtures, a swimming pool and a sprawling yard.

But that's not the end of the story. Before putting it on the market this realtor worked with her designer, Kirsten Maltas, to do-up one room at a time. The rigorous renovation left Tracy with a formal dining room with vintage Italian chandeliers, a billiard room and an exquisite emerald-green lacquered bar, which is also Tracy's favorite part of the house.

That's not all, the stunning mansion boasts of a children's lounge, gym, and a chef's kitchen. It also comes with a guest house, complete with a living room, bedroom, and a fireplace. But the question still is: why would anyone want to list a perfect-looking home that has witnessed some great family moments?

Talking to People, Tracy revealed that it was time for a new chapter in her life and therefore, it was time. "It’s time for a new chapter for my family and me," Tracy shared and added: "We have had a lot of fun times in this house, but I am ready to turn the page and start fresh." At the beginning of Season 11, Tracy opened up about her marriage and what's the hardest part of the divorce. Jason Maltas and Tracy were together for 17 years before they decided to split. The former co-parents their two daughters, Scarlett and Juliet, and that is what makes their broken marriage more difficult.

"Earlier this year, Jason and I decided to divorce after 17 years of being together," she had shared in her green-room interview during the first episode. "It's been a difficult time, but the hardest part is that I don't see my girls every day because we share custody," Tracy further elaborated.
