'Thor: Love and Thunder': From Guns N' Roses to ABBA, full list of songs on the soundtrack
'Thor: Love and Thunder' is all set to hit the big screens on July 8, 2022. As MCU fans wait to see their favorite superhero clashing with a new villain, they are equally excited to know about the songs that would be featured on the soundtrack.
Music plays an important role in every movie and considering that Michael Giacchino has returned once again following his successful collaborations with Marvel Studios, it is evident that the soundtrack will have a long list of hit songs. If you recall 'Thor: Ragnarok', Taika Waititi expressed his influence of rock music during his first go-around with the character since it featured songs like Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song".

Disney's recent official press release for 'Thor: Love and Thunder' revealed all the 12 songs that will be included on the soundtrack. According to online reports, Guns N' Roses would be featured four times in 'Thor: Love and Thunder' with their iconic singles "November Rain", "Welcome to the Jungle", "Paradise City", and "Sweet Child O' Mine".
"Our Last Summer" from Swedish Group ABBA is also being included alongside Dio's "Rainbow in the Dark". The movie will see music from some popular faces in the R&B genre, with Ciara and Mary J Blige being a part of the soundtrack.
Actor Christian Bale stated that the movie could have featured the music of Kate Bush, who gained recognition recently after her song "Running Up That Hill" was included in 'Stranger Things Season 4.' However, this did not happen due to some unknown reasons.
Helmed by Taika Waititi and produced by Marvel Studios, 'Thor: Love and Thunder' is the 29th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It features Chris Hemsworth, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Jamie Alexander, Russell Crowe, and Natalie Portman in the lead roles. Check the trailer below.
