'Mayans MC' Season 1 Episode 4 'Lahun Chan': Dita confirms fan theory about Felipe and Miguel in a surprise revelation

One of the most important theories involving two fan favorites has been proven right and there is potential for more conflict, going forward.

Spoilers ahead for season 2 episode 4 'Lahun Chan' of 'Mayans MC'

When season 2 of 'Mayans MC' began, fans were already throwing their wildest theories around. And with the latest episode of the series by Kurt Sutter and Elgin James, one of the most important theories involving two of fans' favorite characters have been proven right. In doing so though, the show has shown potential for more conflict, going forward.

In 'Lahun Chan', it is supposed to be a regular day for Dita (Ada Maris). She has an appointment with the psychiatrist since her family believes she needs help. So as Emily (Sarah Bolger) drops Dita off at the clinic for her appointment, she goes on to run some chores and since it is supposed to be a double session, she tells Dita she'll be back in an hour or so.

But Dita is not here for her doctor's appointment - she has made prior meeting commitments with Felipe, or as she likes to call him, Ignacio (Edward James Olmos). She meets the doctor and pays her $2,000 for a $225 session to keep her mouth shut. She informs her - in an imposing manner that we are seeing her exhibit for the first time in Season 2 - that this is how it is going to work: that Dita will be coming to the clinic, but not sitting through the sessions.

Later, she meets with Felipe on the roof of the building. He tells her about Alvarez (Emilio Rivera) paying him a visit in the last episode and his subtle warning to keep away from Dita. In return though, Dita drops a bomb.

She reveals to Felipe that she had never conducted a DNA test of her son Miguel (Danny Pino). Why? Because there was never a doubt in her mind that he was actually not Jose Galindo's son. She confirms the theories floating around about Miguel's parentage leaving Felipe stunned.

News like this, however, has inevitable consequences and this worries Felipe. He asks Dita if anyone else knows the truth about Miguel since it would also implicate them in the affair. Dita reassures Felipe that no one does and no one will ever know the truth.

Perhaps in her naivety of finding Felipe again, Dita doesn't plan foolproof. It looks like Emily might be getting closer to the truth - she sees Felipe's truck parked outside when she goes to pick her up from her appointment. At night, when looking through Dita's room, she finds the old photograph that had consumed audiences for weeks now. Will she find the truth? Will Miguel find out the truth from Emily?

'Mayans MC' airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm on FX
