Spoilers ahead for season 1 episode 4 'Lahun Chan' of 'Mayans MC'

Episode 4 of 'Mayans MC' titled 'Lahun Chan' finally gave us the confrontation between the Reyes brothers and David Labrava's Happy that fans had been rooting for since the beginning of season 2.

Towards the end of season 1, EZ (J.D Pardo) has concluded that it was Happy who killed his mother Marisol. For the longest time, he hadn't revealed this to his brother Angel (Clayton Cardenas). But earlier this season, the brothers set out to locate Marisol's killer and avenge her death. In 'Lahun Chan', they finally show up at Happy's house and hurt him. After tying him up to a chair, they ask him questions that Happy refuses to answer all the while sporting a straight face.

The frustration of not getting Happy to answer any other their questions - except the quiet, solemn admission that he did indeed shot their mother - Angel also hits him with the butt of his gun several times, but he remains resilient. Happy has smiley faces tattooed on his body, an indication of the number of people he has killed. To make him suffer further, Angel chops off a piece of his stomach - taking a smiley face for his mother Marisol. But Happy still refuses to stay mum. Angel then threatens to shoot Ope, the dog, and Happy finally gives in.

Happy tells them that it was he who messed things up. "I f***ed up," he says. "I was supposed to kill both of them." He shows the Reyes brothers that he had information on both their parents, which included their information from before they changed their identities.

Happy reveals that the order for their murder came from Les Packer, the Sons of Anarchy president for the San Bernardino chapter. At that time, Happy had assumed that the hit on the couple was ordered by the cartel. But he ran out of time and after he shot Marisol in the neck and ran as he heard cars. He reminded EZ that when he was running away from him days later, he was scared that the cartel sent a man to shoot him because he messed up. And so, frightful and nervous, he stopped riding Nomad within the club and joined SAMCRO.

Happy's revelation might have gotten the Reyes brothers off his back, but where does their journey lead them to next? He might have given them Packer's name but will Packer expose anyone? We have to wait till next week.

'Mayans MC' airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm on FX.
