'Married At First Sight': Katie goes out with Mindy's ex Zach despite being friends and having matching tattoos
Four out of five 'Married At First Sight' couples may not have continued with their marriage, but the wives on the show seemed to have made a lifelong friendship. Or at least tried.
On multiple occasions, the girls have gotten together to spend some quality time. And during one of those meet-ups, Mindy Shiben convinced Katie Conrad, Jessica Studer, Taylor Dunklin and Meka Jones to get matching tattoos on their ring fingers.
They got the word ten inked to mark the friendships they have developed over the weeks they spent filming 'Married At First Sight.'
But, will Katie and Mindy's friendship continue especially after it was revealed on the 'Married At First Sight' reunion episode that Zach Justice (Mindy's ex) and Katie had gone out on a date?
If Mindy was able to come to terms with what Lindsey, her friend of several years, did to her and move past it, then maybe Katie wouldn't be such a problem.
Host Kevin Frazier shared that there were two cast members who explored the idea of dating and they went out for a couple of drinks. Zach and Katie admitted to having met after filming ended but they also spoke of how they just wanted to hear each other's stories out.
When asked, who invited whom, Zach said he doesn't remember while Katie revealed that it was Zach who sprung the idea of catching up over a few drinks.
In Zach's defense, there was no motive behind meeting up with Katie and therefore he shouldn't have to feel bad about Mindy not being in the picture. Interestingly, Katie shared how she wouldn't date Zach ever especially after seeing how she treated Mindy on the show.
Zach has always been the kind who cannot be tied down. He seemed invested in the marriage just the one day, on the wedding day and the remaining season, he continued talking in circles and kept proving how "done" he was with his marriage with Mindy.
In a nutshell, maybe what happened with Mindy throughout the show was exhausting but she has come out of it stronger and wiser. Meanwhile, fans want Mindy to know Katie isn't her friend at all.

"I wonder if Mindy regrets getting that tattoo after finding out that Katie also dated her husband #MarriedAtFirstSight," a viewer wondered. "Katie got matching tattoos with Mindy and dated her husband and didn't pursue it because of how he treated Mindy. Girl u don't give a f**k about Mindy's feelings!! #MarriedAtFirstSight."
