ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA: Fox News recently shared details about the “DeSantis vs Newsom: The Great Red vs Blue State” debate, where Governor of California, Gavin Newsom, and Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis will face each other, and this debate will be moderated by Fox News anchor Sean Hannity.

The debate is set to take place at 9 pm on November 30, and as Newsom and DeSantis gear up for the showdown, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed, “No one cares about this debate except the Rep establishment.”

Greene has also dubbed the debate a “fail” ahead of it taking place. However, the internet seems to disagree with the Congresswoman.

Marjorie Taylor Greene addresses Newsom vs DeSantis debate

On X, formerly known as Twitter, Congresswoman Majorie Taylor Greene talked about the place where the debate is being held, the state of Georgia. Greene has been the representative for Georgia's 14th congressional district since 2021.

Greene wrote, “This debate is being held in Alpharetta, GA where I lived for over 20 years. I can tell you right now GA is supporting Trump.”

“No one cares about this debate except the Rep establishment, who is completely disconnected with Rep voters,” added Greene.

The congresswoman concluded her remarks on the debate and labeled it, “Already a fail.”

Internet slams Marjorie Taylor Greene for her remarks on Newsom vs DeSantis debate

After Marjorie Taylor Greene shared her take on the upcoming debate between Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and California Governor Gavin Newsom and called it a “fail” days before the scheduled event, the internet was quick to respond, taking a jibe at the Congresswoman.

One user wrote, “I am a GA resident currently and formerly lived in Alpharetta. I will write in Ron DeSantis before I ever for Trump the third time. You are wrong.”

Another slammed Greene as they wrote, “I would be quiet about failure. Your book is tanking.” The person also included screenshots showing negative reviews of 'MTG', the Congresswoman's tell-all book.

“Obviously, you care enough to post about it,” wrote one user, and another user expressed their take on the debate, writing, “I care.”

People continued to disagree with Greene over her remarks on the debate as one user wrote, “Do you ever take a Day off from gaslighting the world?” and another said, “Stop speaking for everyone.”
