Did Marjorie Taylor Greene support bullet in Pelosi's head, hanging Obama on FB? Internet rallies to 'expel her'

In one post from January 2019, Greene, who represents Georgia's 14th Congressional District, liked a comment that said 'a bullet to the head would be quicker' to remove House Speaker Nancy Pelosi

Calls for Rep Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) to be removed from the House grew on Twitter after CNN's KFile unearthed several examples from back in 2018 and 2019 when she repeatedly showed support for executing prominent Democratic politicians on her Facebook page.

In one post from January 2019, Greene, who represents Georgia's 14th Congressional District, liked a comment that said "a bullet to the head would be quicker" to remove House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. She also liked comments about executing FBI agents who she believed were part of the "deep state" working against former President Donald Trump.

In another instance from April 2018, when a commenter asked Greene, "Now do we get to hang them ?? Meaning H & O ???," referring to former President Obama and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with regard to the Iran Nuclear Deal, Greene replied, "Stage is being set. Players are being put in place. We must be patient. This must be done perfectly or liberal judges would let them off."

Greene is also known to have frequently posted baseless QAnon conspiracy theories which hailed Trump as the leader who battled against a sinister cabal of Democrats and celebrities who run a pedophile ring. After the CNN article came out, Greene took to Twitter and posted a statement in which she did not deny that she liked posts and replied to comments but claimed that many people have run her Facebook page.

"Over the years, I've had teams of people manage my pages. Many posts have been liked. Many posts have been shared. Some did not represent my views. Especially the ones that CNN is about to spread across the internet," she wrote.

However, by then, the hashtag "QCongress" was already going viral on social media, thanks to a video released by Really American, an anti-Trump political action committee that called for Greene to be ousted from Congress.

Soon enough, reactions started pouring in. "Marjorie Taylor Greene, and every other member of the certifiable nut #QCongress put our lives, and the lives of their colleagues, in jeopardy. They MUST be expelled," one user wrote while another said, "I prefer a Congress not made up of Qcumbers and crazy people. #QCongress."

A user commented, "In a Facebook post from Jan 2019, Marjorie Taylor Greene liked a comment that said 'a bullet to the head would be quicker' to remove Nancy Pelosi. Marjorie brings a glock to congress. She never condemned the MAGA terrorists because she is a MAGA terrorist. Expel her. #QCongress."

One quipped, "#QCongress shouldn't even be a thing. Elected officials need to pass a psych eval, be able to get a security clearance, and able to pass the citizenship test. That would be the end of #QCongress"

A user said, "Our leaders need intellect, levelheadedness and a desire to serve ALL Americans, not #QCongress" One added, "@SpeakerPelosi since when it is acceptable for a sitting MoC to call for officials, or anyone, including YOU, to be executed? We the people call for an immediate investigation, expulsion & an arrest There is NO place in our government for a #QCongress #ExpelTheSeditionists"

Within just a few weeks of joining Congress, Greene was already facing calls for resignation, especially after she was accused of fanning the flames of the Capitol insurrection earlier this month after objecting to the election certification process and falsely insisted that Trump should remain president.

She condemned the violence at the Capitol only after Rep Jimmy Gomez (D-CA) called on Greene to be expelled from the House for her role in the insurrection. However, even then she ended up falsely blaming the ANTIFA and Democratic politicians for stoking the insurrection.

"I fully condemn ALL violence. The Antifa/BLM terrorism funded on ActBlue rests with Democrat accomplices like @CoriBush @Ilhan @KamalaHarris @AOC @timkaine & many more... Those who stoke insurrection & spread conspiracies have blood on their hands. They must be expelled," she tweeted.
