ROME, GEORGIA: Before the second GOP debate started in Simi Valley, California at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene made certain claims about former South Carolina governor and GOP candidate, Nikki Haley.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, just over an hour before the second GOP debate began all the way in California, Congresswoman Greene spoke about her weekend in South Carolina, and now she learned that Haley is “NOT popular.”

Greene also claimed that she heard “worse things” about the former governor. However, the internet has simply labeled Greene “jealous” following her claims about Haley.

On X, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene wrote, “I was in SC this past weekend and Nikki Haley is NOT popular at all and many South Carolinians told me what a hypocrite she is.”

Greene also mentioned the gas tax in South Carolina, “As Governor, she tried to raise the gas tax on SC but now claims she will get rid of national gas taxes.”

“That’s about as bad as calling herself pro-life and advocating for abortion up to 15 weeks which is really pro-abortion,” added Greene.

Greene concluded her rant about GOP candidate Nikki Haley and said, “I also heard worse things…”

Internet rushes to support GOP candidate Nikki Haley

After Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene took a dig at Nikki Haley moments before Haley took the debate stage at Simi Valley, the internet wasn’t too thrilled with Greene.

One user wrote, “You sound like a bitter, jealous high school girl. He's not going to pick you, Marge,” while another said, “And you’re not popular in the East. Was watching it live when NYC residents ran ya out of NYC.”

One user shared a gif that read, “Jealousy is a disease, get well soon b***h.” A fourth supporter of Haley's wrote, “if I recall, you barely won your election.”

“What are you doing for your constituents in you Georgia congressional district? You are always campaigning for the guy who’s going to jail,” wrote one person. A person also asked her, “Do you do anything but lie??”
