ROME, GEORGIA: Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s book ‘MTG’ recently hit the stores and faced some backlash online. However, following Thanksgiving, Greene chose to address a specific aspect of the aftermath on X, formerly known as Twitter.

According to Greene, she has “done over 50 interviews” in the last week since the release of her book, and all the interviews have questioned her about the January 6 Capitol riots that took place in 2021.

On the social media platform, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed, "Everyone knows the truth about Jan 6th."

Despite her claim, the online community did not share the same perspective, subjecting Greene to ridicule for her statement.

On X, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene wrote, “Everyone knows the truth about Jan 6th. Most walked in the damn capitol through open doors and harmed nothing.”

“Antifa, BLM, rioters, looters, and so many have never faced any punishments and are free, yet J6’ers are bludgeoned by politically driven bureaucrats,” added Greene.

She concluded, “This must end.”

In addition to this, Greene also tweeted, “I have done over 50 interviews this past week for my new book MTG and every single one of them asked me about J6. I wrote a chapter about that day and visiting them in the DC jail in Nov 2021.”

She added, “I need more Republicans in Congress to care and help stop the political persecutions.”
