'Shut up already!' Marjorie Taylor Greene faces backlash over 'extreme' remark on Jan 6 Capitol riots
ROME, GEORGIA: Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene’s book ‘MTG’ recently hit the stores and faced some backlash online. However, following Thanksgiving, Greene chose to address a specific aspect of the aftermath on X, formerly known as Twitter.
According to Greene, she has “done over 50 interviews” in the last week since the release of her book, and all the interviews have questioned her about the January 6 Capitol riots that took place in 2021.
On the social media platform, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed, "Everyone knows the truth about Jan 6th."
Despite her claim, the online community did not share the same perspective, subjecting Greene to ridicule for her statement.
