Marina Volz: Trans pedophile with male genitals who forced daughter, 7, into porn sent to women's prison

HUNTERDON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY: A transgender woman convicted of pedophilia and child abuse, who filmed her seven-year-old daughter being sexually exploited for pornographic videos, is currently in a women's prison in New Jersey despite having male genitalia. Marina Volz, 34, is serving a 25-year sentence at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility, where she is housed with her accomplice, Ashley Romero, 30, who also took part in the sexual abuse of the child.
Although born as a male named Matthew, Volz is now officially recognized as a 'female' in prison records, causing fear and concern among female inmates who share the same facility. As per reports from other inmates at the facility, Volz allegedly intends to marry Romero so that they can share a prison cell, Reduxx reports.

Volz, Romero, and two others were convicted for their involvement in sexually exploiting Volz's daughter in the basement of their New Jersey home. They carried out the abuse as part of a scheme to create pornographic material. A probe conducted by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit discovered that Volz, who operated a transgender fetish porn studio, took the victim from her mother's residence in Oregon and brought her to New Jersey. There, the child suffered from gruesome sexual abuse that is too explicit to mention.
In May 2022, Romero was sent to Edna Mahan following their sentencing, while Volz was processed as a male and sent to the South Woods State Prison for male inmates. Two months later, Volz was reportedly moved to Edna Mahan, but according to the Department of Corrections, records were still categorized as a male prisoner.
'Heinous, cruel and depraved'
Last May, Volz was sentenced in Somerset County Superior Court along with Romero and two others - Sean Allen and Dulcinea Gnecco. According to the acting prosecutor Annmarie Taggart, Volz operated a family-owned pornography production studio in Franklin Township specializing in amateur, BDSM, and taboo fetish content. Volz allowed her accomplices to sexually abuse her young daughter at her residence on Coburn Lane. The participation of all four defendants was revealed in a series of group messages, wherein they communicated their intentions to sexually abuse Volz's child.
Judge Peter Tober said the crime was "heinous, cruel and depraved," and the child endured abuse involving a basement cage and other implements of torture. The judge handed down a sentence of 25 years without parole to Volz and Romero, whereas Allen and Gnecco were sentenced to 12 and 5 years.
