'Manifest' Season 2 Episode 13: The Major's blood is on Saanvi's hand, could she be the villain in Season 3?
If you saw the final episode of 'Manifest', you will be bewildered at the shocking twists. Since the beginning of the episode, both Zeke Landon (Matt Long) and Cal Stone (Jack Messina) were standing at death's door. However, in a major twist, it is the Major who is killed off.
Towards the end of the episode, the Major meets Saanvi again. She keeps coughing. Their tussle has big repercussions and The Major is dead. Scared out of her wits, Saanvi flees the scene. Moreover, the Major says, "I am a powerful mutation and you cannot replicate it."
Fans are taken aback by the twist. "Poor Saanvi traumatized after killing the major for no reason since there isn't a cure #Manifest," one wrote. What's more, a few fans are wondering if she could be the villain in Season 3. "Still now the Major's blood is on Saanvi's hands!" one fan wrote and another said, "I have a thought, I wonder if it's actually Saanvi who is the big bad. Like somehow this was an experiment that failed or she wasn't actually on the plane. Maybe the 828ers are 'coming back' to stop her. Maybe she killed the Major to hide what she's been working on. #Manifest."
Several fans loved the shocking twist. "Okay..... Wasn’t expecting Saanvi to kill the major, Zeke beating the death date was awesome and what was with that ending. Really enjoyed the season finale. #Manifest," one tweet read while another said, "I knew someone was gonna die tonight's finale but OMG it was The Major instead of Zeke sure Zeke died for a few seconds but then a miracle happened but as for Saavni killing The Major proves that she has lost all hope! #Manifest."
And some are wondering who will take the Major's place now. "Who will step up and take the Major’s place? Will it be someone worse????" one wrote and another said, "The Major is dead, apparantly catching something from her experiments (?) to replicate the blood marker and inject people to save the country from possible enemies? #manifest S2E13."
There's also a lot of speculation on how Saanvi will feel after she finds out Zeke survived. "I wonder how Saanvi will feel when she learns Zeke lived. she's going to be thrilled for him, for sure, but she'll also realize that she killed someone for almost no reason. not only did the major not have a cure, they don't NEED a cure. and that is going to break her. #Manifest," one fan wrote.
As 'Manifest' comes back for Season 3, we can't wait for the makers to answer all the questions.
