'Manifest': Cal, the hidden protagonist, might just be the Holy Grail and the clue to unraveling the show's mystery

Cal might just be the Holy Grail since he is someone who knows what happened on the plane and he is the only one from the plane who actually benefitted from the time lapse

NBC's Jeff Rake-created show, 'Manifest', is back after a long fall break and this time there is a new addition to the puzzle. While previously the characters, including the Stone siblings, Dr. Saanvi Bahl, and the rest of the crew from Montego Air Flight 828, were chasing after the "Callings" that were driving them to carry out certain duties, this time they are introduced to the final clue. While Episode 11 left us with the clue that the unnamed Major was in search for the Holy Grail, Episode 12 will probably be able to expose who or what the Holy Grail actually is.

We are rooting for Jack Messina's character, Cal. Starring alongside Josh Dallas (as Ben Stone), Melissa Roxburgh (Michaela Stone), Parveen Kaur (Saanvi Bahl), Athena Karkanis (Grace), and J.R. Ramirez (Jared), Messina's character has been left under the covers for too long, but there was always some clue hinting at Cal being the real protagonist of the show.
