Man faces up to 15 years in prison after delivery driver filmed him dipping his testicles into customer's salsa
A customer who ordered Mexican takeout food in Tennessee got a lot more than just the food after a man who was riding in the delivery vehicle was caught on camera dipping his testicles into a container of salsa, the authorities say.
The delivery driver recorded the disgusting act on her cellphone and then posted the 14-second video on Facebook. She can be heard saying off-camera: "This is what you get when you give an 89 cents tip for an almost 30-minute drive."
31-year-old Howard Matthew "Matt" Webb, a passenger in the delivery vehicle was accused of ruining the food and was arrested last week after he was charged with adulteration of food, which is a felony. According to the arrest affidavit that was cited by WBIR, the incident took place on January 12 after the customer, who has a reputation for under-tipping drivers, placed an order with a local Mexican restaurant.
