BANGOR, MAINE: A mother who allegedly killed her baby by rubbing heroin on her gums over a dozen times to make her sleep has now reportedly flipped the finger in court.

Upon realizing she was being filmed during her hearing in Bangor, Maine, on Wednesday, September 18, Kimberly Nelligan flew into a rage at reporters, according to a Metro report.

The psychopath mom swore directly into the camera while in the dock after being accused of killing one-year-old daughter Jordy in October 2018 by rubbing heroin onto the baby's gums.

Nelligan continued to glare at journalists even after moving over to the witness stand, before swearing angrily at her attorney.

According to News Center Maine, Nelligan denied one count of endangering the welfare of a child and possession of a schedule z drug. Shane Smith, Jordy's biological father, had previously notified authorities that he witnessed Nelligan rub heroin onto the baby's gums around 15 times to make the youngster sleep.

We had earlier reported that she allegedly justified her actions to Smith saying she would never do anything to harm any of her offspring and that she had done the same with her older children.

Little Jordy was found dead at her family home in 2018, and the coroner ruled the cause of death at the time as an overdose of synthetic opioid fentanyl, which is often mixed with heroin and is reportedly 50 times stronger than the actual drug.

According to the coroner, Jordy had directly ingested the drug — corroborating with Smith's allegations that Nelligan put the substance directly in the baby's mouth. Following the hearing on Wednesday, Nelligan was freed on bail but ordered not to consume any drug other than marijuana.

Furthermore, she was also warned not to make any contact with Smith or the children. According to the report, Nelligan posted a photo of drugs and drug paraphernalia on Facebook in June this year with the caption "Yay buddy." It is important to note this was just eight months after her daughter's tragic death.

Nelligan had also recently shared a news story about 20-year-old Ohio cheerleader Skylar Richardson, who was convicted of burying her baby's corpse in the backyard but cleared of her murder last week. "Kills me I would do anything to have my baby back stupid b****h she is," she wrote alongside the post.
