'MAFS' Season 15: Alexis and Justin continue to fight over pets, fans say she is running 'from another relationship'

With Newton throwing up blood, Alexis was livid that Justin didn't inform her about his health

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA: With the honeymoon period now over, the couples on 'Married At First Sight' are now dealing with issues that come with being a couple. Communication is key, but it looks like for some couples, they are struggling to speak honestly.

After the incident involving Alexis and Justin's dog, it looks like Newton, Alexis' dog wasn't doing too well. Other than being injured, Newton stopped eating food for a few days and was throwing up blood. Justin, who knew this was happening, did not tell Alexis, who was livid upon finding out.

After the incident with Newton, Alexis noted that although she didn't feel like hosting a party for their friends, she was in this marriage and that meant showing up even when she didn't want to. As she planned the party, Justin joined her and the couple spoke about what happened between them earlier. Alexis made it clear that her issue was Justin not sharing vital information with her about Newton's health, while Justin continued to state that the only reason he held back was that he thought he had a handle on the situation and didn't want to overshare. The conversation escalated to Justin claiming that Alexis tends to play up the drama, upsetting her even more. Fans believed that the real criminal was the couple's inability to communicate clearly.

"This is Alexis running from another relationship. Right now, she's looking for any reason for this marriage to be over. Justine was trying to take care of the dog without telling Alexis anything that would upset her even more. Big mistake. #mafs #MarriedAtFirstSight" said another.

However, some fans believed that Alexis had every right to be upset over the situation. "If I was Alexis this would be my decision day. You’re withholding information about the health of my dog after he’s already recovering from an attack by your dog you didn’t tell me was aggressive?? Justin is foul. #MAFS #MarriedAtFirstSight" said another. "All you folks saying Alexis is wrong must not have pets. If you’re dog Isn’t eating for multiple days and throwing up blood, SOMETHING IS WRONG. After his attack he may have an infection. He needs to see a vet. This is serious Pets are your child & best friend in the world. #MAFS" added another. "Alexis is not angry enough for me. I find out my dog has been throwing up blood and not eating for 2 days and my partner doesn’t go to the vet & don’t say shit to me, it’s gonna be attempted murder at the least. #MAFS" noted a fan.
