'MAFS' Season 14: Jasmina and Michael struggle over lack of initmacy

With the couples on 'Married At First Sight' inching towards decision day, it all boils down to how they tackle the issues they are currently facing. Unfortunately, some of the cast seem to be set in their ways and closed to the idea of change. However, a few couples are putting in the time and effort to make their marriage work.

Save for their wedding day, Michael and Jasmina have been struggling every step of the way. With communication being a massive issue initially, the two seem to have overcome that hurdle. However, they still have a long way to go.

As Dr Pepper sat down with Jasmina and Pastor Cal spoke to Michael, they helped the couple decode what their relationship was lacking. Jasmina claimed that she was usually a trusting person, but a lack of information about his past made it harder for her to do so. On the other hand, Michael realized that his daily actions towards Jasmina had led to him developing feelings for her. It was clear that Michael was putting in the work to fans, but they didn't feel the same way about Jasmina. 

"Jasmina is making up stuff now. You just don't like him girl, but he's going to be a great husband for someone! #MAFS" tweeted a fan. "Jasmina is a pretty girl and she's prob used to men being all over her. She wants to be chased so bad and he's not chasing her how she wants. #MAFS" added a fan. "My problem with jasmina and michael's relationship is i feel like everyone is always focusing on supporting jasmina and what michael can do for her but what is michael getting out of this marriage? #mafs #marriedatfirstsight" noted another. "Dr. Cal is really doing a good job connecting the dots because I was missing the same things Michael is missing. It's like he's not giving Jasmina the room to progress in the same way he has given himself. #MarriedAtFirstSight #MAFS" stated another.

The experts also tried to help the couple with their intimacy issues as they struggled to establish a connection. Jasmina revealed that she was a very sexual person, but for her, those feelings only came if she was able to establish an emotional connection. While Pastor Cal encouraged Michael to initiate intimacy through small touch, fans believed it wouldn't resolve much, as Jasmina was not attracted to him. "It may be safe to say this marriage is doomed. 16 days till decision day and she still feels nothing…" tweeted a fan. "If JasMEANa doesn't feel a spark, she can't force that #MAFS" added another. "It's going to be so cringy to watch Michael's attempts at intimacy. She's just not into him! #MAFS #MarriedAtFirstSight" said another.
