Madonna says she's never been with a guy who had a 'small d**k', jokes about sharing STDs at Madame X show

Madonna made several X-rated jokes as she kicked off her London dates at the Palladium this week. 

 The 'Like a Virgin' singer was heard boasting during the show on Wednesday night that she has "never been with a guy with a small d**k and that she's 'good on her knees".

Madonna asked the audience, "What do you call a man with a small penis?" As reported by The Sun, she then shared, "The answer is, I wouldn't f**king know. I've never been with a guy with a small d**k. You know size matters, don't pretend that it doesn't!" as reported by Daily Mail.

"Usually I kneel for about 20 minutes and that's fine. I'm good at it, so I've been told," she added. She then grabbed a beer from an audience member and remarked, "There you go, we have just shared STDs." The star then went on to make a joke about Mozart "coming out of her p***y" and also said that she surfs the app Grindr when she is looking for a new assistant.

Wednesday saw the start of the star's 14-night run at the Palladium over the next three weeks. She had previously canceled 10 previous gigs on the Madame X tour due to illness. On her second night at the Palladium, Madonna was seen wearing a Clockwork Orange hoodie with layers of gold necklaces. 

She was later seen in a black Versace jacket. While trying to keep a low profile, she sported a large black hat and a pair of tinted sunglasses. It was just last month that Madonna described being "in tears from the pain of my injuries".

"I consider myself a warrior. I never quit, I never give in, I never give up! However, this time I have to listen to my body and accept my pain is a warning," she revealed. 

She reassured her fans that she was ready to perform before Wednesday's concert.
