The online fundraiser requested funds in the Instagram post in order to help with a "family vacation and a new van." Natalia, according to the LPBW star, "has the same type of rare dwarfism as me." He also mentioned that he was "very touched by the story."

What is Diastrophic dysplasia?
As per MedLine Plus, diastrophic dysplasia is a rare hereditary condition of bone and cartilage formation that can cause "an onset of joint pain and deformity."
