The turmoil unfolded as Kenny's connection, Jana Craig, appeared visibly upset after the recent Casa Amor recoupling where he chose to couple up with bombshell Catherine Marshall.
Upon returning to the villa with Catherine, Kenny began regretting his decision upon seeing Jana still single. In his defense, Kenny explained that he thought Jana might have coupled up with someone else, leading him to choose Catherine. However, the sight of Jana alone and his own emotional turmoil prompted him to approach Jana again in hopes of reconciliation. Jana, however, was not willing to entertain Kenny's attempts to reconcile.
She confronted him, expressing her disappointment and hurt over his decision to recouple with Catherine. Her directness caused Kenny to break down, realizing his mistake and the impact it had on their connection. This in turn, made Kenny emotional, as she broke down in tears.
