'Love Is Blind': Will 'indecisive' Barnett leave Amber at the altar despite the initial spark?
'Love Is Blind' could be stressful for people who tend to get confused and indecisive when asked to make choices. Barnett is one of them. He interacted with three women — Jessica, LC, and Amber — during his multiple dates from the pod, but wasn't able to decide on any one of them.
He has had long conversations with the rest of the single men about how indecisive and confused he has gotten over the three women he has been chatting with. He even told Jessica that he loves her, which had left her in complete awe of him, followed by her rejecting Mark (Of course, Jessica and Mark ironed out their differences later). But, Barnett was unsure of his feelings and had probably thought he could make a decision after a couple of more dates. But when Jessica asked him if he felt the same love he was talking about (the other day) for her, he said he didn't know what he was feeling. That was a good enough no for Jessica, who was of course devastated and left the pod.
This made Barnett's life more difficult because now he was left with two women he loved and adored. LC was very much like him and he believed that even though they don't share this raging fire, their relationship could be a success and would last long. With Amber, he felt this initial spark which would help propel their equation further but it may fizzle. Eventually, he went with Amber and there's been no turning back since.
Their Mexican vacation was laced with kisses, hugs, and lots of lovemaking and the happiness was just very evident. The other couples have gotten into minor tiffs and fights here and there, but not these two. They have indulged in all the PDA in the world and it's not going to end soon.
But, in the green-room interview, Barnett has often hinted at the uncertainties that form the basis of their relationship. For instance, he expressed how difficult it gets to prepare for a wedding in just under four weeks.
Does this sound like someone who could bail? Who knows. He has displayed great indecision earlier and that alone could get in the way of the couple getting hitched.
