Erica and Yandy have history and not a good one. They have never been fond of each other.

Last week's 'Love and Hip Hop New York' ended on a tense note with a major spat that went down between Chrissy Lampkin and Yandy Smith-Harris at Jonathan Fernandez's perfume launch party. The prenup situation between Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena too remained unsettled (it's not sealed on paper). Also, Jennaske is in flux about her rap career after Phresher asks her to change her body.

But the sneak peek into tonight's episode suggests the couple is ready to take the next big steps in the wedding preparation process. As Erica and Safaree sit down to decide the guest list, the former asked if Yandy was on the list, to which the rapper-singer said that he won't be having her over for their wedding.

This discussion was much after Safaree and Yandy had a heart-to-heart about their friendship and how it's falling apart. Safaree appeared sure that he didn't want anything to do Yandy because things are different in his life and it would just make things more complicated. While Yandy broke down into tears remembering how he would call her often, share his troubles, and they'd have a good time just being there for one another. Safaree did appear affected by Yandy's tears, but he held back saying he shuts down when surrounded with emotionally tense situations.

In a different setting, Yandy is seen discussing with her friends how the Safaree she knew was lost somewhere. Later, we see Erica and Yandy get into a fight (with Safaree in the scene) over how they three cannot be civil when in each other's company.  Erica and Yandy have history and not a good one. They have never been fond of each other. This one time Erica even slyly commented on Yandy's wedding that was televised. As part of a Q&A session on Twitter, Erica was suggested she should televise her wedding, she replied that it's a personal matter and has to be taken seriously.

Tonight's episode will get more and more interesting with Jennaske performing at a club with Phresher in the audience. What could have been a fun evening soon turns into a not-so-great one with Phresher's girlfriend Jen hurling abuses at Jennaske. Even though she leaves the bar on Phresher's insistence, will Jennaske ever find the support she needs (from Phresher) to reach the top of the music industry? Only time will tell.
