Moka fatally shot a man during a live interview
Several news outlets have connected the Moka event to a shooting in Las Vegas. The incident took place on the same street as Moka's purported house. There have been various local news accounts regarding the incident, but all of them appear to be based completely on information supplied by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Lt Jason Johansson during a press conference held on the scene. In summary, a woman and a man were involved in an incident in front of a residence. The man pulled a bat from his trunk and began bashing automobiles parked in the driveway. He kicked through the entrance to the house and was shot in the back garden by the woman's boyfriend. When the medical crew came, the victim was pronounced dead.
Moka was doing a live interview with Lawd Lukan when the incident happened. You may hear some distant pounding noises and watch Moka respond in the video. Moka then quickly stands up and seems to pull a handgun while yelling at another person.
The probe has received no additional public updates. Word On The Street Reality talked to a Clark County Detention Center official and revealed that Moka was not being held at the time. "He is still in the interrogation/interview process with detectives," WOTSR stated.
Moka issues a statement
On Saturday, April 15, Persaud, the manager of 'Love After Lockup' and 'Life After Lockup' star, posted a statement on his Instagram stories. "All Glory to my Goddess," Moka Blast spoke in full.
"Just want to thank those who prayed and was genuinely concerned for me. I want to extend condolences to everyone who were affected, as this was very unfortunate for all parties involved. Reality television is not my real-life existence, and for someone to even joke about me getting assassinated [sic] was very classless. With that being said, I just want to say cherish those that you love and let them know exactly how much they mean to you.”
“When people think they know you and get ratings of a small window of your existence – I still applaud, as I want and need to see you win. The outpouring of concern have been overwhelming, and I am ready to face whatever consequences come my way. I respect the due diligence [sic] by all the bloggers/ media outlets & fans alike of those colorful personalities. Keep up the great work as I admire your gumption. Stay blessed, and please be mindful. Salute.”
