Season 6 of 'Little Women: Atlanta' is finally here. The season began with a two-hour "kickoff special" episode. The episode featured all the cast members of the show sitting down in a reunion style, with the hostess Terra Jole, and updating fans about their life, and what we can expect to see from them in Season 6. Cast member Ms. Juicy, who refers to herself as the "Queen of Atlanta" sat down with Terra and began discussing her many business ventures, and of course touched on her beef with her co-star, Ashley "Minnie" Ross.

Ms Juicy felt that Minnie copied everything she did and was trying her best to be the next queen of Atlanta. When Minnie was brought out on the stage, Ms Juicy still maintained the same stance, while Minnie tried pointing out that it wasn't the case. Later, Minnie spoke extensively about her various health issues, that featured on the previous seasons of the show.

Minnie revealed in the previous season that she has a congenital heart issue, which involved a lot of fluid being deposited around her heart. The reality star also shared that she was taking water pills to help her with draining the fluid from her body, as the pills made her constantly urinate. The star also spoke about how her hefty weight was adding to her health ailments. The showrunners aired a clip of the reality star meeting a doctor for discussing if she can get weight-loss surgery. Minnie revealed that she was asked by her cardiologist to put her weight-loss surgery on hold until she lost 30 pounds and then to proceed with it.

Minnie also shared the good news of already shedding 20 pounds, and was nervously waiting to lose the remaining 10 pounds, so that she can get the surgery done. While all her co-stars empathized with the reality star for her struggles with her health issues, Ms Juicy, however, had a hard time believing that her co-star was really sick. Ms Juicy brought up how Minnie faked her pregnancy in the past, which led her to question the reality star's current health struggles. Ms Juicy kept insisting that she wasn't ready to believe that Minnie was really sick.

Minnie breaks down after being accused of lying about her health issues by Ms. Juicy (Lifetime)

Minnie broke down and began questioning Ms Juicy for accusing her of faking her health issues. Fans too were divided over Minnie's health issues claims. While some fans agreed with Ms Juicy that it is hard to believe anything that the reality star said, others felt that Ms Juicy took it too far by questioning Minnie's health.

A fan who seemed to side with Ms Juicy wrote, "You don’t play with your health but you lied about being pregnant and having a miscarriage for a storyline. Okay. #LittleWomenAtlanta #LittleWomenATL." "Yeah, Minnie lied a lot. So it’s hard to believe anything she said #LittleWomenAtlanta," wrote another fan. "Juicy has a right to question minnies credibility. Minnie tried to manipulate the narrative in her favor this whole reunion. #LittleWomenAtlanta," pointed a fan.

Some fans however felt that Ms Juicy went too far and shouldn't have questioned Minnie's health issues. A fan commented, "This is not going to be good for Juicy. The people aren’t going to be ok with her treating Minnie like that #LittleWomenAtlanta." Another fan expressed, "Everyone knew Minnie lying about the pregnancy was part her storyline. So why would she lie about having congestive heart failure?  #LittleWomenAtlanta." "Juicy was wrong for what she said about Minnie. #LittleWomenAtlanta," declared a fan.
