NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Donald Trump Jr described his two-day testimony in the New York Court as “fun in the process” and he believed the judge found him to be “amusing.”

In a video clip posted by MeidasTouch.com Editor-in-Chief Ron Filipkowski, the former President's eldest son remarked, “Did two days of testimony. Had some fun in the process. I think even the judge found me a little bit amusing.”

As Trump Jr shared his testimony experience, he received trolling from social media users, with some netizens commenting, “Is there anyone in that entire family that isn’t full of themselves?”

What did Donald Trump Jr say in court?

In a $250 million lawsuit filed by the New York attorney general's office against the former President, his three adult children, and several executives, Trump Jr and his brother Eric Trump are alleged to have exaggerated their father's wealth.

Trump Jr and Eric are accused of knowingly becoming a part of a scheme meant to inflate the former President’s net worth so that they could obtain higher loans and better insurance policies, per CNN.

The complaint states, “As Executive Vice Presidents, the three children were intimately involved in the operation of the Trump Organization’s business.”

On Wednesday, November 1, Trump Jr stated during his testimony that he had no involvement in the procedures that led to the inclusion of the 77-year-old veteran politician's financial information, even after Trump assumed the presidency in 2017.

He stated, "I did not. The accountants worked on it, and that's what we employ them for." He then went on to talk about his position in the Trump Organization since 2001 and his role as a trustee for the former president's revocable trust.

During his testimony, he displayed a cheerful demeanor and made light of his response speed by saying, "I'm sorry, Your Honor, I moved to Florida, but I've maintained a New York pace," accompanied by a smile directed at the judge.

When asked if he provided the accountants with the $246 million valuation associated with the licensing deals, Trump Jr responded negatively.

However, he mentioned that he might have discussed the deals with them, though he was unaware they would be used in financial statements.

He said, “I didn’t give them a value of $246 million. I could have sat there and gone through each one of the deals individually with Allen Weisselberg, Jeff McConney, Donald Bender, and give them an idea of what I believe the cash flow coming from those deals would have been worth, not even knowing it was for the purposes of this.”

In another instance, he reaffirmed, “I had no real involvement in the preparation of the Statement of Financial Condition and don’t really remember ever working on it with anyone.”

Donald Trump Jr's cheerful demeanor in front of the judge drew considerable attention on social media, with numerous users sharing their viewpoints.

"Very amusing, the complete lack of defense Eric was even better. #JusticeIsComing," said a social media user on the internet.

Another user said, "That never-ending search for the approval of men in positions of authority. Sad."

One more user chimed in, "Junior doesn't know the difference between pity and amusement."

A user claimed, "Junior: Even the judge found me amusing. 'Amusing' is a weird spelling of guilty.'"

One user commented, "The Judge was ROLF! Especially when Donald Jr admitted today that he signed valuation documents, substituting himself for the attorney."

The user further stated, "But that wasn't enough. He admitted doing it dozens and dozens of times. It's a civil case, no jail time, but the end of the Trump business."

"If by 'amusing' you mean buttressing the prosecution's case, sure thing," quipped another user.

"Seriously doubt the judge or ANYONE else in that room found him in the least bit amusing," shared a user.

One more user shared, "Amusing like a root canal."

"Is there anyone in that entire family that isn’t full of themselves?" said another.
