Amber Eggers is back on 'Life After Lockup' and is making every effort to turn her life around. She is happy with her 9-5 job and has promised herself not to go back to her old life, where she and her mother would con people, sell drugs and such. Even though they made a lot of money from doing it but the consequences have left an everlasting impact on her approach to living life. She is now more focused on the clean life but she knows it's going to change when her mother, whom she calls the "biggest dealer" in Covington, Georgia, is released from prison,

Amber is visibly nervous and as she drove to the prison to pick her mother up, she said how she was on parole for 20 years and therefore, she simply cannot go back to selling drugs again. But her mother seemed interested in pulling off another scam, which explained why she interrogated Amber about her relationship status and what happened of Vince and Puppy (Amber's girlfriend, who convinced Amber to siphon money off Vince's account and the only way to do it was to get married to him).

Meanwhile, fans are not liking the storyline because there's nothing new or exciting to offer here. Some even pointed out that they were not interested even when they appeared in one of the previous seasons of the show.

"Why do we have this Amber storyline on here? I didn’t care about her ass when she was originally on. Where is Maurice and Jessica? I want to know if he’s spending anymore of Jessica’s daddy money #loveafterlockup #LifeAfterLockup," a user commented, while another pointed out: "Amber's storyline is boring just like I thought it would be #loveafterlockup #LifeAfterLockup."

"So Amber, her mom, and Puppy needed a check so they got Vince to come back for this weird weak storyline #LifeAfterLockup," a user expressed, another tweeted: "Amber and this whole storyline could’ve stayed off the show #LifeAfterLockup." "Why is Amber back on #loveafterlockup she was annoying! I’m taking a snack break until her part is over. #LifeAfterLockup," a fan wrote.
