'Life After Lockup' has returned with a special four-part series that will focus on the lives of five couples and how the dynamics of their relationships have changed over the years. WE tv has released a nine-minute preview clip which highlights the issues that viewers will get a good look into when the show premieres on September 11, Friday, at 9/8c.

In the video, we see Tony and Angela go through a rough patch in their marriage. When the couple walked down the aisle and took their vows, no one thought Tony would go back to his old habits — drugs and "dope head prostitutes". Angela has forgiven, overlooked, reprimanded and warned him multiple times but she is done now. The wedding ring has come off.

"I tied a string on it and I have it hanging in the toilet. So, every day when I take a piss...," Angela laughs as she narrates the story to her sister Donna, who is amused at first but later advises her to not let Tony in because he has hurt her enough.

Angela is visibly hurt that Tony would do that to her. She even put up a list of don'ts on their refrigerator to remind him of the things he shouldn't be doing. But the guesses are it didn't work and he's officially off Angela's good books. In one of the scenes, we see her sharing she wants someone new in her life and doesn't care about Tony any longer.

She shares that she's considering a pen pal but Donna completely rejects the idea and said it was what got her into trouble the last time. But Angela pointed out that a pen pal would be in prison and that way, she'll at least have an idea of the person's location.

"I don't know, I just need somebody to be intimate with. A human being," Angela expressed and added that she doesn't mean in a "sexual" way but just some plain and simple human contact.

Will somebody new be a wise move for Angela? Time will tell. For now, the focus continues to be on how best she can navigate her fractured marriage with Tony.
