'Life After Lockup' finale: Sarah didn't file for divorce because she wants attention from Michael? Fans say 'yes'

Sarah and Michael may have gone separate ways, but they cannot seem to stay out of each other's orbits for a very long time. Even though Sarah has the legal custody of her kids, she wishes Michael would show some interest in raising them. 

In the finale episode of 'Life After Lockup,' we see Sarah get into an argument about Michael over how he cannot exercise his right on their kids when he has had little to no involvement in planning for their daughter's birthday. However, he was adamant, went in, interacted a little with the birthday girl, and left without letting anyone know. 

It was frustrating for Sarah to see Michael repeat his mistakes. Sarah's boyfriend Malcolm was present there too and she wanted him and Michael to have a healthy interaction, which looks like a far cry now. Michael is only interested in his kids but Sarah seems convinced he is not the right kind of father. 

As the episode ended, we are told Sarah is yet to file the divorce papers. This has the fans irked because if she wanted Michael out of his life then she should have taken that step and let Malcolm know that she was still married. 

"Does Malcolm even know she is STILL MARRIED and dating him like if you want Michael out of your realm divorce him cause you still got to deal with the him coming around for the kids ... like wth #LifeAfterLockup," a fan commented, while another pointed out: "You set boundaries when you get a Divorce! You don’t bring another man into a messy ass situation that you haven’t handled! That’s not how that works, CLEARLY she still loves him and is very thirsty for the attention. She’s just as bad as him.#LifeAfterLockUp." 

"So Sarah hasn't filed the divorce papers from Mike but she has a whole boyfriend? Seriously! #LifeAfterLockup," a user expressed. "sarah not filing her divorce papers is not shocking, but stupid #loveafterlockup #lifeafterlockup. yall both dating other ppl. either get back together and end all these other relationships or file the damn papers. it's not like mikey is gonna fight custody lol."
