‘Let’s Go Crazy: A Grammy Salute To Prince’: Fans adore Earth, Wind & Fire, but say 'Beck is so ugh'

The show continues as the legendary six-time Grammy winners Earth, Wind & Fire deliver a vocally impressive rendition of 'Adore' while seven-time Grammy winner Beck takes on 'Raspberry Beret'.

Earth, Wind & Fire's performance was a massive hit among fans. One tweets, "Earth, Wind & Fire killed 'Adore'," while another states, "Earth Wind & Fire have me in tears and I have chills all over"

"Tears of joy hearing @EarthWindFire cover 'Adore.' #GRAMMYSalutePrince Wow," tweets one fan, while another states, "@EarthWindFire - you killed it! I got goosebumps! #Prince".

Singer Philip Bailey also managed to hit some ridiculously high notes, and fans were amazed the 68-year-old still had it after all these decades. "Oh my gawd, #PhillipBailey still can hit that note #GRAMMYSalutePrince," tweeted one fan, and another added, "I kno! That was impressive."

One fan stated, "Had No idea he could hit that Falsetto. Loved it !!" and another tweeted, "Philip Bailey still is GREAT".

One fan stated, "@PhilipBaileyEWF THAT VOICE!!!!!!! @EarthWindFire THE BEST BAND EVER!!!" and another rejoiced, "YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS TOOK ME BACK TO CHURCH!!!!!!!"

Another fan tweets, "B****tch Adore is to GHADAYUM SEXY for Earth Wind & Fire to be sanging this. But they sound good and I think Our Purple Highness would approve..so I'mma shut up."

Not all were fans of the performance, however. One viewer asks, "Why y’all let Earth Wind & Fire mess up Adore??????!!!!!"

Beck's performance got mixed reviews as some found his performance to be amazing while others thought he was horribly out of place in this special. One viewer states, "Beck had no business on that stage."

Beck took on the classic 'Raspberry Beret', and one fan states, "Wait all night to hear this song glad it was Beck that got to sing it".

One fan said, "@beck was AMAZING!!" while another stated, "@beck sounded so damn good!!!! I had stepped out the room and I had to double take when I heard Beck singing," adding that "Prince would have been damn proud!!! #GRAMMYSalutePrince"

But others disliked the performance entirely. One viewer responded, "Nope  [thumbs down] I was so disappointed," while another stated simply, "Beck is so ugh."
