NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Donald Trump Jr has returned to testify in a New York civil fraud trial on Monday, November 13.

He is the first defense witness in the case against his father, Donald Trump, and their company. The former president’s defense began by putting their side in front of the jury.

Never shy of making penchant superlatives, Trump Jr said, the property was “spectacular” and a "potential canvas for [his] father’s art," referring to the Seven Springs resort, a Westchester, New York, property that’s part of the attorney

general’s civil fraud case.”

Cliff Robert, Trump's attorney, also presented the various Trump properties pictures, available on the company's website, reports CNN.

Trump Jr was seen talking about the Mar-A-Lago property, calling it “one of the few sort of American castles."

The eldest son of Trump expressed disappointment on the market valuation of Mar-A-Lago, “I may have taken some umbrage," he said. "You couldn’t build that atrium for $18 million today," he added, referring to a photo shown in court.

Judge Arthur Engoron allowed him with the presentation, “I also find it interesting,” Engoron said, adding "Objection is overruled. Let him go ahead and talk about how great the Trump Organization is.”

Meanwhile, New York Attorney General Letitia James’ expression in the courthouse went viral, as social media exploded with reactions. "Her face says everything: she knows what they did and knows they’re not getting out of this, wrote one.

The second wrote on X, "Letitia James' smile says more than any legal analyst." The third said, "Love the, I gotcha by the balls smile coming from Letitia." "Can’t wait to hear Ali Baba’s take on it. She’s always so funny," a user made a comment.

Several netizens also reacted on Trump Jr's demeanor in the courthouse, "I love how he's trying so freaking hard to smirk and look cool. He can't do it for more than a second at a time before his scarred shirtless face comes back," one shared. Another wote, "Junior isn’t smiling today is he? Obviously didn’t like his court portrait from last week 😂"
