Lesbian couple found dead and covered in stab wounds after fight over skimpy bikini pic one of them posted online

Dead bodies of a lesbian couple covered in stab wounds have been found inside a blood-soaked hotel room at a tourist hotspot in Thailand. Ratree Sriwiboon and her lover Patsanan Chanprapat were found dead on Sunday, June 21, inside their hotel room at a beachside resort in Pattaya. According to reports, the 24-year-old Sriwiboon was at a resort for a family party when Chanprapat, 29, joined her on Saturday night, June 20. Before the tragedy, the pair had reportedly argued over a picture Sriwiboon had shared online earlier that day. In that reported picture, she was wearing a green bikini next to a swimming pool in Pattaya, The Sun reported.

The dead bodies of the girls were found by Sriwiboon’s brother, Pairoj, on Sunday morning, after which the local police were called. Officers found a pocket knife under the body of Chanprapat. The officers also said that the CCTV footage of the resort did not show any intruder entering the room of the couple. They suspected that the pair died after an argument between them escalated that later became violent. “Initially, there was no evidence that the two were murdered by another person so we suspect it started with an argument that escalated to violence. The family of the younger woman believes that the fight started from an emotional problem,” Police Major Tanongsak Inphadung said.

Investigators also found stab wounds on the neck and torso of Chanprapat while Sriwiboon had wounds on her neck and left ribs. Pairoj, who found the dead bodies, first said that things were normal at the party earlier in the evening, but noted that the girls had a strained relationship because of possessiveness and jealousy. “Everything was quite normal during the party, so that's why we are all in shock now,” the brother of Sriwiboon said. He also added that his sister’s lover was jealous, which he believed was the reason behind the argument. “I did not know much about their relationship, so on the surface, it seemed fine. However, I knew that my sister's girlfriend is quite a jealous person and I think that was the cause of their fight that led to the tragedy,” Pairoj said.

Meanwhile, Sriwiboon’s social media account revealed that she shared a photo of herself posing in a bikini near the swimming pool. One of the comments on the post was from a third lesbian girlfriend involved with the couple who reportedly complained about her revealing appearance that led to an argument online. It has been said that the same argument continued in the hotel room. Reports have claimed that police are now waiting for the post-mortem reports of the girls, which will ultimately reveal the true nature of the tragedy whether it was a murder by someone else or if it was a murder followed by a suicide. ''There are no suspects in the two deaths but we are interviewing witnesses and friends find the cause of the argument. Hospital tests on the bodies will examine the exact injuries to find how they both died,” Inphadung added.
