'Law & Order' star Diane Neal called co-star Mariska Hargitay a 'total b***h' and threatened to shoot dead ex boyfriend's dog
Former 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit' star and Congress-hopeful Diane Neal called her ex-costar Mariska Hargitay a “total bitch” and threatened to kill his ex-boyfriend and his dog, a new lawsuit alleges.
Diane's ex-boyfriend, magician JB Benn, is suing the actress for claiming that he physically and sexually abused her. Some emails sent by Diane's former campaign manager Rachael Himsel, to an unnamed source, are presented as exhibits in the suit. These emails allegedly contain disparaging statements made by the former 'SVU' star about her ex-costars.
According to one of the emails, Diane said that the only pleasant person on the set of the long-running NBC crime drama was Ice T, and that Mariska, who has played Olivia Benson for the past 21 seasons, was her least favorite person to work with.
In a later statement clarifying what is being alleged she said about her former co-star, Diane said, “There is no truth to this at all. Most of the people I’ve worked with are amazing, I love almost everyone I’ve ever worked with. Mariska and I were not the closest, but that doesn’t mean we have any animosity towards each other, we’re still very supportive of each other. She’s a great mom, she’s great as Benson, she’s doing great charity work. I have never talked about the cast members like this, it’s salacious and untrue."
In other court documents, obtained by Page Six, JB said he recorded Diane verbally threatening to shoot him and his dog, Charlie, on Nov. 7, 2017. In the tape, the actress is heard ranting on about what a "horrible" person JB is before threatening his dog.
“I am going to kill you or I am going to sue the f**k out of you. I am going to make your life as miserable as you have made mine," she is heard saying on the tape. "The difference is, unlike me you have nothing to lose. Because your life is this big. You have no friends. You have no family. You don’t have anything to lose. Nobody loves you. Me, I have already f**king lost everything."
She goes on to call him a host of demeaning names, including prick, adding, "I am going to f**king murder Charlie in front of you! I am going to kill him in front of you. Charlie, I’m going to kill you. I’m going to shoot you in the head in front of your daddy so your brains go all over him. Maybe, just maybe, then you can elicit some sort of f**king emotion from this f**king android.”
Last week, Diane filed a lawsuit against JB, claiming, that he swindled her out of a huge sum of money, and allegedly abused her physically and emotionally.
